GETTING TO KNOW FASHION MODEL AND SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT KARA FLEMMING

• How did you get started in the fashion industry?

  Kara: After competing at Miss Utah USA in 2020, I was offered a talent contract with MMG-NY.

• What are some of your favorite brands? What do you like most about them?

  Kara: I love beauty and fashion brands with products similar to Fenty Beauty, Sherri Hill, and Steve Madden. Not only do I love their products, but I also love their models!

• What is your favorite way to spend a day off?

  Kara: I love to go to the movie theaters with my family and go on fun content trips with my girlfriends!

• What are some locations on your bucket list to travel to, and why?

  Kara: Europe and Asia! I would love to model internationally and there’s a lot of modeling work and travel opportunities with neighboring countries. I’d also like to visit Tulum one day.

• What is some advice that you have for people looking to get more out of social media?

  Kara: Be authentic, honest, and kind. You can show your best self on social media, but I believe there is a fine line between looking your best and lying.

• What are some events coming up that you are looking for to?

  Kara: I am attending a party hosted by designer Will Franco in California soon! I’m also looking forward to LAFW and Monster Energy winter sports games (a big goal of mine is to become a Monster Energy Girl!)
