How did you get started in the modeling industry?

Max: While studying acting and directing at the theatre conservatory at University of Miami, I was bartending on South Beach to make money. Several coworkers insisted that I go chase auditions with them. Think Coyote Ugly meets Zoolander, but gay.

What are some locations on your bucket list to travel to, and why?

Max: My Bucket List has no discernible end, but I think my next trips are to Taiwan and then Japan... half for work and half for surfing.

What is some advice that you have for people looking to get more out of social media?

Max: Not to be pedantic, but it depends on how an individual defines "getting more". Getting more followers? Money? Knowledge? POWER?! ...Stories? I try to stick with telling the best story possible, with whatever tools are available and popular at the time. When I find myself telling an authentic story, everything else just fits.

What are some events coming up that you are looking for to?

Max: I don't consider myself a socialite, but then am surprised when I know half of the people at some big engagement I've managed to stumble upon. I would probably embrace the partying more if I was better with remembering names and could stay out past midnight. If More broadly interpreting the term "event", I'm hoping to make it to Tokyo in time for the Cherry Blossoms. I've been studying the Japanese language every day since Lockdown in 2020 and am dying to get a little immersion.
